As one of the few pet friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Fountain Pointe. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

Fountain Pointe Apartments allows dogs and cats
We welcome pets upon approval
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
Our pet policy does have some restrictions. Please contact the office for the full details.

Pet Fees

$250-$350 non refundable pet fee
$25 per month for cats (per cat)
$40 per month for dogs (per dog)

I've been a resident here for over two years and have no complaints. The maintenance crew is speedy and the office staff is always willing to help. They have recently renovated the club house and have added in new fun features to the complex such as a playground and dog park. I feel safe in the area and everything seems to be close to home.

Been living here for almost 2 years now and have really only had a few minor issues (anywhere you live will) The office staff are super friendly and helpful. Rent is reasonably priced. The gym and pool are well kept and clean. The apartments themselves are huge compared to other complexes I've seen. Overall it's great for first time renters.

A very pet-friendly community, they have a huge 2-acre fenced in dog park that is so convenient for my dog! They have a brand new weight room, cardio room and a sauna that I have access to 24/7. The office staff are very polite and make the community events so fun. The maintenance is available 24/7 and are so quick to respond. Overall I’d give this place a 10/10.

Fountian pointe was the only one who handled business and didn't jerk me around. Ashley Ronald's is so amazing!! I'd work with her every single time when finding a place to live. She handled business in such a professional and understanding way that ill never be able to say how much I appreciate all the hard work she did just so I could have a roof over my head. Thanks girl! Would absolutely do business with them again!
