So happy to be living at Fountain Pointe!
I don't write very many reviews but I had to write this one. We have been living at Fountain Pointe almost 6 months now ... and we absolutely love it here! The girls at the office are amazing! They're all so nice and willing to help with anything. The apartments are awesome! They're spacious, very quiet, and the setup of the apartments just top it off. Maintenance does an incredible job! The grounds are always kept up nicely, there isn't litter laying around anywhere, everything's always in place. In the summer the lawns are always mowed, and in the winter the streets and parking lots are always plowed. It's so beautiful even just to take a drive around. Have you ever been in the middle of doing something like homework and you all of sudden loses power? Well, I couldn’t get ... the power to come back on, so I had to call the emergency maintenance number. It’s nighttime, cold and snowing; and all of that good ol’ winter stuff is going on. Despite all of that, Jeff came to the rescue. He was prompt and courteous. Come to find out when I checked the circuit breaker, I didn’t flip one of the switches completely back on. Go figure. Relocating

Great place to live
I live in the town homes and have lived in the apartments before and i can say i love the area ,friendly neighborhood, staff ... is nice and friendly and will always be willing to work with u on anything. Maintenance is a little slow on repairs but they get the job done.. when they can.. the neighborhood is very clean and a very nice and quiet place to live.. i havnt had any problems the almost 4 years that ive been here and i love it .... Awesome !
I bought a new TV, and I was trying to figure out a way to get the old one to the electronic recycling business in Pontiac. ... This TV was heavy , so I wasn't sure how I was going to get it to my car. I opened my apartment door to see Dennis and Jeff ( hope I got those names right) walking to the door. Absolutely Awesome!
I’ve been at Fountain Pointe for almost five months now, and me and my roommate just love it here. It’s our first apartment ... and not only has the staff been so amazing and wonderful to us, maintenance is also incredible and so quick to help whenever you need it! Nice Place To Live
I’ve lived here for almost a year and I love it! The staff is always friendly and helpful, they have cool events for the ... residents once a month and the amenities are great. My only complaint is the parking at my building doesn’t seem to have enough spaces for the residents and my unit has some pretty old cabinets in the kitchen that are kind of beat up, but it’s a minimal issue. Overall, it’s very spacious and well maintained. They seem to be updating things a lot since I have been here. The property is beautifully landscaped with a lovely park like area in the back with grills. I’ve been here just over a year and it’s been a mostly pleasant experience. They’re working hard at updating the amenities, ... clubhouse, weight and cardio rooms and adding the dog park. The staff is super friendly. My biggest complaint is the unsupervised children running up and down the halls and stairs leaving trash and toys there. Even after notifying the office several times it remains unresolved. Otherwise it’s definitely a nice place to live within it’s price range. Can’t wait to see if there’s plans to update the units! A wonderful experience
I moved into The Landings of Fountain Pointe last august and have been here for almost an entire year. In my time with them ... I have had little to no complaints. The office is extremely friendly and super helpful and the maintenance staff has been responsive and timely in anything we have needed help with. I will always recommend Fountain Pointe for providing me with the smoothest transition from living with my parents to being out on my own. Been living here for almost 2 years now and have really only had a few minor issues (anywhere you live will) The office staff are super friendly and helpful. Rent is reasonably priced. The gym and pool are well kept and clean. The apartments themselves are huge compared to other complexes

A very pet-friendly community, they have a huge 2-acre fenced in dog park that is so convenient for my dog! They have a brand new weight room, cardio room and a sauna that I have access to 24/7. The office staff are very polite and make the community events so fun. The maintenance is available 24/7 and are so quick to respond. Overall I’d give this place a 10/10.

Fountain Pointe Apartments in Grand Blanc is a great place to live! Especially if you have a dog! Very pet friendly and they have a huge dog park area that is open and free to all residents! Property is always well maintained and manicured, which is always a plus. Plus a great pool area to utilize during the summer months too!

The Landings of Fountain Pointe is a great place to live, quiet and perfect for ones with littles. My two toddlers enjoy the park, and our two pups love the dog park! The office staff is always hosting little get togethers for the community, and its always free! Overall a great property to live at!
